On May 14, 2010 Service for Children in Kiev and Social project "One Hope" signed a cooperation agreement to develop the system of foster care based on the Program "Formation of life skills for orphans and children deprived of parental care."

Together the parties will work towards the socio-psychological training and education of citizens who want to become foster parents or mentors for orphans in boarding schools and orphanages, as well as conduct an information campaign to raise public participation in the Project.
