Mentors of the “One Hope” project had another meeting on 22 January of 2011. Most of them had already started to build relationships with orphans. The subject of the meeting was “Stages of building relationships with orphans”.

Some of the Mentors work with group of teens, others work individually with one girl or boy. There were 5 people at the meeting, we discussed different issues, but the main questions were:

- How did the interaction with an orphan influence on you and your family?

- Tell us please about the similarities and differences between you and the Mentee?

- How did you imagine your Mentee before you met him/her, and what was he like in fact when you met for the first time?

- How many times did you need to meet each other in order to build and to develop your relationship with Mentee?
