On May 23, 2011 a roundtable discussion "The neglect and abuse of children. Ukrainian realities" organized by Rinat Akhmetov's Foundation -"Development of Ukraine" was held in the Kiev Psychiatric Hospital N1. It was a useful and an actual discussion. A feature of this roundtable was to discuss various issues raised by members of the public representatives, officials and politicians. It's not often you can see so many different people coming together to discuss the issue of child abuse in orphanages, detention centers, Mental hospitals.
