Children’s eyes.. Blue, brown, green. They are so different and at the same time so similar with the same mature sight. Its maturity comes not from the age, it comes from life. When you talk to them for the first time you feel so touched and there are so many questions arise in your head. “Why kids?”, “Why does it happen this way?” And those little “not childish” eyes look at life and try to survive among the gifts of everyday life.
During the first year of project work 26 couples of adult hands seized hold of children’s hands and help them to cope with the tasks of everyday life: to study, to dream, to understand themselves, to choose future profession. These people took responsibility in not only being compassionate or generous for gifts, but become for them real role models. All of them understand that the decision to become a mentor can change children’s fate and their whole life. Every mentor was trained by the program of the project where he was given all necessary information for work with the children from the orphanages...
